If your roof needs work we'll tell you what it needs and give you a fair quote. If it doesn't need work, we'll tell you that too. No pressure, no upsell.

Most residential inspections take 30 to 60 minutes. Larger homes, complex rooflines, or significant storm damage may take a bit longer. Your project manager will walk through the findings with you after the inspection, which takes another 10 to 15 minutes.

Yes — and this is actually one of our specialties. During your no-cost inspection, if we identify storm or hail damage we document everything with photos and a written report in the format your insurance company needs. We can also meet your insurance adjuster on-site at no additional charge, which often makes a meaningful difference in what gets approved.
