By visiting surethingroofingcontractor.com or contacting Sure Thing Roofing Contractor (a Storm Doctors, Inc. company, hereinafter "Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services you request or receive from Sure Thing Roofing Contractor.

2. Our Services

Sure Thing Roofing Contractor is an Atlas Pro+ certified roofing contractor operating in Peachtree City, Georgia and surrounding communities. Our services include:

• Residential and commercial roof replacement
• Roof repair, including emergency leak repair
• Storm damage inspection and documentation
• Insurance claim support and adjuster coordination
• Gutter services, siding inspection, and related exterior services
• No-cost, no-obligation roof inspections

3. No-Cost Inspections

Sure Thing Roofing Contractor offers complimentary roof inspections at no charge and with no obligation to purchase any service. Scheduling an inspection does not create a contract or obligate either party. Inspection results are provided as an informational assessment only and do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or binding estimate.

4. Estimates and Quotes

Written estimates provided by Sure Thing Roofing Contractor are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final project costs may vary if hidden damage, structural issues, or conditions not visible during inspection are discovered once work begins. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated before proceeding. Work begins only upon your written authorization (typically a signed contract or project agreement).

5. Service Area

We primarily serve Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Newnan, Senoia, Sharpsburg, Jonesboro, Griffin, LaGrange, Hogansville, Douglasville, McDonough, and surrounding communities in Fayette, Coweta, Henry, Spalding, Troup, Clayton, and Douglas Counties, Georgia. Service availability outside these areas is subject to our discretion. Call (678) 781-0045 to confirm availability for your location.

6. Warranties

Sure Thing Roofing Contractor provides a written 5-year labor warranty, with options to extend up to 25 years on workmanship for qualifying projects, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on materials (which may include a lifetime shingle warranty for Atlas Pro+ qualifying installations). Warranty terms are detailed in your project contract. Warranties are void if damage results from acts of nature, third-party modifications, failure to maintain gutters and drainage, or other causes outside normal wear.

7. Payments

Payment terms are specified in your individual project contract. Sure Thing Roofing Contractor does not require full payment before work begins. We do not charge for no-cost inspections under any circumstances. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us immediately at (678) 781-0045.

8. Insurance Claims

Sure Thing Roofing Contractor can assist you in documenting storm damage and coordinating with your insurance adjuster. We do not guarantee any insurance claim outcome. Approval of insurance claims is solely at the discretion of your insurance carrier. We will provide honest documentation and advocacy — but the final determination rests with your insurer.

9. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage the reputation of Sure Thing Roofing Contractor. All website content — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Storm Doctors, Inc. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, Sure Thing Roofing Contractor and Storm Doctors, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from any roofing services beyond the value of the services actually rendered. Our liability for any claim related to completed roofing work is limited to the cost of repairing or redoing the specific portion of work that was defective.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Fayette County, Georgia, or to the appropriate Georgia state court, at our election.
